Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg77ph Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tg77ph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
You must notify tg77ph immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. tg77ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. tg77ph is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules. tg77ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or Account, to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and to freeze or close Accounts where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected.
Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed the required KYC verification process. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. tg77ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days depending on the receiving bank. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. tg77ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tg77ph Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tg77ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tg77ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the platform or its content.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tg77ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
tg77ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; tg77ph suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your Account; tg77ph is required to do so by Applicable Law or regulatory directive; or tg77ph determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
Upon termination of your Account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your Wallet may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at your own request or due to regulatory requirements — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
You may request closure of your tg77ph Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
